The location is brilliant - probably the closest hotel to the bus station, just under 5 minutes walk away. The customer service was generally very good, and I was given complimentary fruit and drinks during my stay.
Since I was leaving very early (05:30) for a bus, I asked for a packed breakfast to be prepared, and two members of staff conferred to decide this would be fine. However, news of my request did not reach the person on duty in the morning, and the breakfast was not prepared. Thankfully I still had some of the complimentary fruit from the day before!

As young families, we loved the controlled underground parking, great breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel is well appointed with comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the bus station. Plus, there's a nice restaurant nearby.

Though the restaurant food was good, the service could have been more attentive.
